Molly Nasky is a finance executive and entrepreneur whose career spans venture capital, startup finance, and public accounting. As V1VC’s Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer, she brings the perspective of both an experienced fund executive and the founder of a business serving investment managers.
Molly founded Singletrack Fund Services, which supports venture fund managers and accelerator operators with the financial and operational work behind their investment activities. Established in 2019, the firm helps clients understand their capital needs, plan their resources, and maintain clear communication with investors. Its work spans financial planning and reporting, coordination with external audit and tax providers, and support for fund closings.
Previously, Molly served as Chief Financial Officer of Techstars, an organization built around backing early-stage founders. Her experience there connected the financial management of an investment organization with the operating needs of a startup accelerator, giving her a perspective that extends across both funds and the businesses they support.
Her background also includes serving as CFO of Vista Ventures and working at Aduro Advisors. Together with her experience in public accounting, these roles have given her a broad understanding of how venture firms operate and the coordination required among investment teams, finance professionals, auditors, and legal advisers.
At V1VC, Molly brings this experience to the firm’s financial and compliance functions. Her background combines familiarity with the demands of early-stage investing and a practical command of fund operations, supporting the firm’s investment team and its relationships with limited partners.
